Cancellation Policy
Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations: At the time of booking, a deposit equal to one evening will be charged for reservations one to three days of stay; and a total of 50% (fifty percent) of total reservations booked for four or more days. Balance of payment is due upon Check-in. All deposits will be applied to your last night (s) stay. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of arrival will be refunded the retained deposit less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in the total stay amount being charged to the guest credit card.
No exceptions; as this policy is the same for every guest and is strictly enforced. By booking this reservation online or over the telephone the guest(s) understands and agrees with the terms of said cancellation policy as stated by the Eagle Wing Inn.
All reservations with Non-Refundable rates are Final Sale, no exceptions.
